Barn Phase Committee Report Dec & Jan 2010

The 'Barn Phase' Committee has been busy working on this task again.

Jane, Meg and I met at the end of November and worked on questions and Meg and I met recently for a last
minute fine tuning of words! The questions have now been approved by the TD.

A list of needed equipment has been drafted and will be passed around at our next few meetings. If you can
loan anything off the list for the weekend of quiz, please put your name down.

In the next few weeks the committee will meet once more to 'act out' the questions, as this is how we found
our problem areas last year. We will need lots of help securing the required equipment, so please check the
list!

RALLY COMMITTEE REPORT
DECEMBER/JANUARY

Into a new year with new opportunities for our member, old and new!

Last year ended with the 'Everything But The Horse" Rally, we did not have any response from our
members about this Rally and therefore did not participate.

We have begun collecting paperwork for Quiz and hope to get the final pieces at the un-
mounted meeting this weekend.
We will have 7 members competing in 4 divisions; all will be scramble teams, a great chance to
make new friends! We also have extra volunteers going - thank you!

Games Rally is now going to be March 27th, in Liberty Ky.
At this time we haven't had any members express an interest in going. If anyone wishes to
participate please let us know, opening day is Feb 15th. Information is on the Midsouth website.

Jane has put in tentative dates for the beginning of June at Masterson for our Rally Camp.
Don't forget to be thinking ahead for Mega Rally and what you may be interested in.
